SimpleCPD is temporarily offline
The SimpleCPD website, organiser portal and mobile app services have been taken down and are currently out of support.
What happened
A critical security vulnerability known as PHP2Shell was recently disclosed, affecting millions of websites and applications worldwide. Any application that has not been updated with the latest security fixes may be at risk.
As a precaution, we have intentionally taken the SimpleCPD system offline to protect our users and their data. No breach or issue has been detected with SimpleCPD.
What this means for you
- You will not be able to sign in, scan in to events or view your learning record at this time.
- Event organisers will not be able to create events or generate QR codes.
- The mobile apps will not be able to connect to the service.
Working towards a resolution
We are working closely with Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora to assess the impact and agree on a path to resolution. We will update this page as more information becomes available.
